REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY LTD is a third generation private sector non-life insurance company. It is a well known, trusted and leading name in the general insurance sector of the country. Republic Insurance Company Limited was incorporated as a public limited company on 18th May, 2000 under Companies Act, 1994. It obtained registration from Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) (The ten Chief Controller of Insurance, Government of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh) on 31st May, 2000. The Company is listed with Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC, and Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC, as a publicly traded company. The Company carries its insurance activities through 39 (Thirty Nine) online branches spread across the Country.
